Shipping Information: In the USA, Shipping is FREE. International Customers, please inquire.

USA Customers

Orders are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service with tracking and take about 2 to 5 working days to arrive. If you have an address that can only accept a certain shipping method, please state this at the time of your order to avoid any delays/errors in your shipment. We are not responsible for non-delivery if you provide an invalid shipping address. Please take the time to enter your address accurately when placing the order.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:


1) If there is a problem with the shipment, we must be notified via email or telephone within the first five days from when you received your order.

2) The product must still be in FACTORY SEALED CONDITION. If the toy has been opened, played with and then broken, we will not accept it back. WE DO NOT ACCEPT merchandise that has been opened. Under certain circumstances, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% from your refund if the packaging has been damaged. Refunds are usually issued within 1-2 weeks of the item being received by us.

3) If the item(s) are DAMAGED via the delivery carrier, please notify us.

4) We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please pack your returns securely. Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping fees or store credit will be issued to you.

5) Even though we ship the items free, on refunds, we deduct the amount of the shipping it cost us to ship the item to you.

5) If the return was not due to our error, but rather the customer's (ie. customer ordered it and then decided later on that they did don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If the item's factory seal was broken, we cannot accept the item back. We only accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase.

6) If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the item returned.
